Author's Biography

Louise Minchin is a TV presenter, journalist, author and athlete. She presented the UK’s most watched morning television programme, BBC Breakfast, for two decades. Throughout her career, Louise has used her profile to champion women’s stories and raise awareness of menopause, mental health, women’s safety and more.

    A wonderful book, well written & great photos, packed with interesting stories of inspirational women. Louise takes on all challenges and rises successfully to them all. It left me wishing to read more. Live for today and don’t be afraid to try a challenge, is how I felt by the end.
