Have it in my collection to be read, Sure I won’t be disappointed as I love a thriller with lots of twists to get me second guessing at who did it?
Loved this book, great story and atmosphere.
Great book great plot Interesting characters Really enjoyed it
Read it already. Loved the story, Staincliffe focuses as much on the detectives’ lives as on the plot. But her landscapes are something else.

Got rid of the comment because it insisted that repeat comment detected: it was not.
Really enjoyed this book, but no surprise as the author writes so well one just wants to keep on reading, didnt want to put it down!!
Great, gritty read, dealing realistically with the problems of the real world and this society. Loved the characters.
An author who just gets better and better with each new novel. Her vivid descriptions throughout The Fells create a world which feeds the imagination and brings the reader along in a brilliant whodunit plot.
Great read.
Well above your standard murder mystery. Love the offbeat and interesting detectives, especially Shan, and also how Leo’s story addresses white supremacy. A wonderful surprise from an author I’ll follow. Looking forward to more in this series.
Gripping with great characters. I look forward to the next one!
Stunning!
