Synopsis

Following their father’s death, Agnes Deterville departs for a new life in 1950s London, while her sister Ella remains in their small village in St Lucia.

Separated by an ocean, but bound by love, can the sisters keep their island song in their hearts?

Authors Biography

Pepsi Demacque-Crockett has enjoyed a long and fulfilling career within the entertainment industry, as part of pop band WHAM! and later in the duo Pepsi and Shirlie. Pepsi’s parents arrived in Britain from Saint Lucia in the 1950s and settled in West London. Island Song is inspired by their story.
