Reviews

‘This book is pretty good stuff. Lots of first hand insight and very helpful information. A must read, if you consider to get your own startup going.’ Amazon 5 star review by Prime Business Founder
‘High tech start-ups drive innovation. But only people have ideas. Often entrepreneurs struggle with the “power” skills that allow leaders to communicate, prioritise their people’s experience, and to build productive cultures. The authors bring principle and process to life through their personal experiences in companies such as Tesla and Lililum.’ Justin 5 star review on Amazon

  14. THE most important asset in an organisation are their employees – human beings, forming the Human Capital and Human Resources an organisation needs and relies on. Startups – as any company really – depend on getting their people culture right from the beginning in order to scale and be successful in the long run. “CultureUp” gives practical guidance through the different stages (start, accelerate, cruise …) and for those all-important areas (recruit, retain, maintain …) startups are facing, written by two passionate professionals who have been there, done that – got the t-shirt.

  31. There are so many books out there for how to get funding, write a business plan etc. But the Culture and Team Development are always overlooked and underestimated. Until now!
