The User’s Manual is a transformative guide to the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine for the 21st century, showing how these differ from those underlying Western medicine, what that means in practice and how we can help our bodies to heal themselves and thereby achieve a longer, healthier life.

Authors Biography

Alex began studying Traditional Chinese Medicine after finding it restored his health when Western medicine could not. He became ill while working as a high-stress fund manager in Taiwan but his background in engineering has led him to understand the human body as a complex system that can self-repair.
