Synopsis

Authors Biography
Ross Greenwood, an author from Peterborough, has written six crime thrillers. He uses his experience of travelling and working all over the world to create layered believable characters that will capture your imagination. In 2011, Ross decided to take on a new challenge and became a prison officer. He writes murderers, rapists and thieves brilliantly because he worked with them every day for four years.

All Mr. Greenwood’s books are well written. I enjoy his style of writing, his unexpected plots and the characters that stay with you long after you have finished the book. This is an author to watch.
Ross has developed a gritty thriller with really relatable characters. A real page turner. Recommended read.
This almost turned the traditional crime story on its head. I have never felt such empathy with the killer and, while wanting the old morality tale side to triumph, hoped the police didn’t tumble too fast as to what was happening.
I love the blurb for this book and cannot wait to read it.

This had me gripped from beginning. Believable characters.
As I live in Orton Longueville I just had to read this, and it is brilliant, went to bed far too late 3 nights running as I read just one more chapter!

I loved this story. Totally gripping.
Great book written with empathy and knowledge of the criminal mind… not his own! He know the location well and his characterisation is very good. There is always more than one facet to any mentality and Ross can portray these with realism.

This was the first book of Ross’s I read. Absolutely loved it. It had me hooked from the start. It’s a really good thriller. Ross has done a fab job in writing this story.
I have now read all of his books and they are also really good and fantastic reads.
